There’s something so great about the change into Autumn. I’ve had the luxury of being in the countryside this year (I’m still living with my parents for another week until my new London pad is ready to move into!) and it’s been just what I needed. Who’d have thought I’d be spending my weekends baking, going on rambling walks in the fields and chilling at home in a place so in the middle of nowhere that even the local train station is 2 miles away? Turns out it’s been the best medicine for me though, and after I feel more than ready now to embrace London life!

I wore this outfit the other weekend for one of my country walks (yes, I’ve become a grandma over the last few weeks) and it was perfect for the Summer-meets-Autumn weather. This look is head to toe Blue Inc, a brand that I’ve only recently discovered and been working on some outfit posts with. I arrived home a couple of weeks ago to a huuuge box of Blue Inc goodies to style up and I was so pleased with the pieces I chose! I’m really impressed with their knitwear especially; I chose a few jumpers (including the grey version of this cream roll neck) and they are super cosy and really good quality in comparison to the price! I’ve been snuggling up in them a lot now that the weather’s getting colder.

I love this kind of laid back look at the weekend, you just can’t beat denim staples and Autumn knitwear for an easy outfit. I love these boots too, a classic chelsea boot with this season’s pointed toe….they’ve been pretty much surgically attached to my feet since they arrived!

What do you think of today’s look?
